Whilst previously working as a Veterinary Nurse for 15yrs, In 2004 I completed my FHT accredited Certificate in Swedish Body Massage and then continued to study Reflexology which i found fascinating!
I gained my AoR certified Reflexology Diploma in 2005.
After taking a break to have my 2 children I went on to continue my professional development as a Reflexology & Massage therapist - and have since also gained my Level 3/4 certificate in Sports Massage therapy as well as plenty of CPD to keep my skills up to date.
