GOOD PRACTICE POLICY

Ali Iles is a fully registered member of the - 

Being a member of these organisations demonstrates that I

  • Have nationally recognised qualifications.

  • Bound by their code of Practice and Ethics.

  • Follow a Good Practice Policy and Hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.

  • I will always be adequately Insured.

  • I comply with their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.

  • As a professional Reflexology & Massage Therapist I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.

I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate GDPR Policy Your Information will remain confidential at all times.

FEES

My current Reflexology & Massage Therapy costs are detailed HERE.

They are payable in full at the time of treatment. (Payments can be made with CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.)

OR

Paid in advance as part of a Block Booking Treatment package.

I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.

BLOCK BOOKING PACKAGES

I offer the option to book a package of treatments. (ie. pay for a block of 6 sessions in advance at a reduced cost)

These are provided at a reduced price as they are paid for and booked in advance.

These treatments are non refundable.

These treatments are required to be used within 6 months of initial booking.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are available for purchase. They can be collected in person, Posted (via Royal Mail with P&P fee) or emailed.

These may be given as gifts.

These are paid for in advance and non refundable.

These vouchers are required to be used before the Expiry date given on the voucher - usually within 6 months of purchase unless discussed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please do contact me as soon as possible giving AT LEAST 24hrs NOTICE. (If enough notice is given then I may be able to offer the appointment to someone on my waiting list).

  • If cancellation is made at the last minute or appointment is missed (without contacting me first) then a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.

  • If you are running late for your appointment - If you could try to let me know of your expected arrival time. I will still be happy to see you but your treatment session time will still need to finish at original booked time. (ie. shorter session)

  • Maternity Reflexology Clients - I do understand that anything can happen during pregnancy - If you need to cancel or unable to attend your appointment If you are able to let me know then that would be great but if during later stages/ near or over expected due date / labour imminent etc then I shall understand that I may be the last thing on your mind!

  • If I (Ali) am Unwell, Unable to treat or it is Inadvisable for me to treat - I will try to give you as much notice as possible and will contact you to advise you and arrange a suitable future booking.

  • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate will immediately cancel the treatment session and no further bookings will be offered.
