I offer pregnancy massage for women at all stages of pregnancy, tailoring each session to how you're feeling on the day. Whether you need relief from backache, swollen feet, or just some time to unwind, I aim to create a calm and nurturing space for you to relax.

Comfortable & Safe Massage Positions

Your comfort is my priority. After 16 weeks, massages are carried out in a side-lying or seated position, fully supported with plenty of cushions and bolsters to ensure you feel relaxed and secure.

Is Pregnancy Massage Safe for Me?

​

Pregnancy massage is a gentle and safe therapy for most expectant mums. However, there are some situations where it may not be suitable, including:

  • If you have a high-risk pregnancy

  • A history of pre-term labour

  • Placenta previa after 32 weeks

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or pre-eclampsia

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
