Ali Iles, a reflexologist and massage therapist based in Bristol, has been supporting clients with their health and well-being since 2005.
Through reflexology and massage, I help people reduce stress, ease tension, improve sleep, and feel more balanced in their everyday lives.
My special interest is in women’s wellbeing across all life stages – from fertility and pregnancy through to menopause – though I also work with anyone looking for relaxation, pain relief, or better sleep.
When I’m not in my treatment room, you’ll often find me outdoors walking, paddle-boarding, skiing, or spending time with my family.
